Email Security Outlook Option
Emails may contain sensitive information including personal conversations, corporate secrets, and the like. You would not like other people to learn about these. Be sure to protect your messages so that you can stay confident in using this communication tool.
For email security Outlook allows users to encrypt all outgoing messages. Setting this up could not be any easier. For the 365 version of the software, just go to the Tools menu, head to the Trust Center, and select E-mail Security. You should see a header called Encrypted email. Under this, enable the encryption of contents and attachments by toggling the check box.
You can also modify other settings for security such as the certificate that should be used. Explore all of your available options under Settings. Once satisfied, click OK until you exit out of the dialog boxes. You can now compose your message.
