Why White Contact Lenses?

Why White Contact Lenses?

Why White Contact Lenses? Used mostly in the making of movies today, to depict a blind person or a character that is supposed to be a seer, fortune teller, or a soothsayer that typically goes into a trance to see the future, pass, or even into other dimensions.

As these characters seem to appear more and more in the sci-fi or fantasy movies, daily, with the technology leaping to extremes that are beyond imagination, so are the characters portrayals by the actors and actresses suppose to leap up there in tune with the technology.

With technology improving movie makers used to use 3G animation for these scenes but with the improvement of this technology so has the costs increased and with the costs of lenses being the cheaper option, though sometimes uncomfortable to wear, to keep the costs of the movie down and the profits up.
