Many things contribute to a healthy lifestyle but what we put into our bodies is what matters most. What we eat determines how we feel.   1. Reduce products with artificial ingredients, high sodium and high sugar content.
  2. Eat less fried foods and take-out
  3. Eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts. These items are easy to eat on the go so no excuses!
  4. Reduce portion sizes
  5. Drink more water
  6. Supplement with vitamins. Determine which vitamins and minerals you are deficient in through a blood test and work on getting more of them.

So, as you can see, it’s not that hard to start incorporating healthy habits into your life. When you start feeling better and having more energy, you’ll see how it’s worth it to take the extra time to change a few things for the better!
