What Is A Software Solutions Architect?
A software solutions architect is an IT professional that decides the design and structure of a software application for an organization. They participate in the entire lifespan of a software project, ranging from initial requirements specification to release and support and designs the applications features and its processes.
Initially they create a strategy for the software product so that it is high-quality, delivered on time and meets user’s requirements. The software architect is in charge of choosing the framework, language, infrastructure and technology stack and decides how the software will be designed to solve a given business problem. A software architect will plan the specifications for the software and manage programmers to develop the code and then test and release of the software. They also plan for its implementation, migration of legacy systems and provide a plan for the software’s ongoing maintenance.
